- Go to the mobile OKx application or website.
- Click “Login” in the upper right corner.
- Enter your “phone/email/sub-account” and “password”.
- Click the “Sign In” button.
- If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password?” .
On the login page, enter your “Phone/Email/Sub-account” and the password you specified during registration. Click on the “Log in” button.

How do I log in to OKx using Apple?
1. To authorize through your Apple account, you need to click on the Apple button.
2. Then select your email and click “Continue“.
After that, follow the instructions sent by the service. You will be taken to your personal OKx account.
How do I log in to OKx using Telegram?
You can also log in to OKx using your personal Telegram account by clicking on the Telegram button.
1. Click on the Telegram button
2. The Telegram login window will be opened and you will need to enter the phone you used to register with Telegram.
3. Telegram has just sent you a message. Please confirm access via Telegram.
4. Once you have accepted, OKx will ask for access. your name and profile picture and click the “Accept” button.
After that, you will be automatically redirected to the OKx platform.
How do I log in to OKx using Google?
1. To authorize through your Google account, you need to click on the Google button.
2. Then, in the new window that opens, enter your phone number or email and click “Next”. After you enter this login name and click “Next”, the system will open a window. You will be asked to provide a password for your Google account.
3. Then enter the password for your Google account and click “Next”.
After that, follow the instructions on the email address sent to you by the service. You will be taken to your personal OKx account.
Reset Password
Please click “Forgot Password” to reset your password. After successful reset, please try to log in with the new password after 5 minutes.
Tip. If you reset your password by phone number, please do not enter the country code. For example, if your phone number is +82 123456, then please enter 123456 instead of +82 123456.

My Authenticator application doesn’t work
If you have lost access to the Authenticator application, or if it is not working properly, please try the following

Try these fixes first to see if you can get your application working again.
- Synchronize the time of your authenticator app. For example, Google Authenticator has this feature under Settings Time Correction for Codes Sync now.
- Automate your phone’s time. If your authenticator app does not support time synchronization, you can set it up automatically in the general settings of your device.
- Android. Settings General management Date and time Automatically date and time.
- iOS: Settings General date and time Automatic settings.
- Sync your cell phone and desktop time.
- Clear your desktop browser’s cache and cookies.
- Try using the OKx mobile app to enter your authentication code instead of using the OKx mobile app.
If this doesn’t help, delete and relink your authenticator app. To do this, you will need the authenticator key or QR code you used when you first linked it. Learn more about linking the Authenticator app.
I want to reset my Authenticator application, but I can still log in to my OKx account
- Log in to your OKx account.
- Go to Security Settings (called Security in the OKx mobile app) under your profile icon.
- Go to the Authenticator app or Google Authenticator
- Select Reset and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please note that you will not be able to withdraw funds for 24 hours after resetting or changing your Authenticator app.

If you still receive the SMS code sent to your phone, try logging in that way. Once you are logged into your OKx account, you can reset your Authenticator app.

Describe your problem and attach the file you used to authenticate. We will check and help you reset your authenticator application. I didn’t receive a text message code
We will send an SMS code to the phone connected to your OKx account. Codes may take some time to arrive and each code is valid for 30 minutes. If you enter an incorrect code 6 times within 30 minutes, your account will be locked.
If you do not receive a code, please try these solutions.
- Clear your browser or mobile app’s cache and request a new code.
- Request a code on a different OKx platform: desktop browser, desktop app, mobile browser, or mobile app.
- If you are unable to log in, switch to voice confirmation. Select “Call me” to get a voice code (click Didn’t you receive a code first in the OKx mobile app).
If this doesn’t help, submit a request or contact customer support at [email protected]. Use your email address to link to the same OKx account as your cell phone.
How do I change the email that is linked to my account?
Currently, the only way you can change your email address is by contacting customer support with that request. If you have access to your current email, we recommend not changing it to improve security. Please note that it is not possible to completely unlink an email.
To change your email, submit a request and select Account Security to change the email address.
You can also change your email by sending the following to Customer Support at [email protected]
- Current linked email
- A new email
- A copy of the document you used for verification
- The reason for the change

How do I change the phone number that is linked to my account?
If you have lost access to your phone or would like to change your number, please try the following.
